What are the licensing fees after I have finished my Qualification

At Tactical Training, we know licensing fees set by the state government can be expensive; that's why we give as much added value as possible to get you started providing the educational requirements to achieve your licence. All other Fee's incurred to get your licence once you have completed your training are Government fees paid directly to the Licensing division of OCBA. Fees have recently been raised and we recommend you visit the OCBA website to check for further changes to fee structures.

Do I need to have a national police clearance before I can start the course?

No you don't need a clearance to start your security course but we advise you to check with OCBA if you have any concerns related to your offender history before you decide to register. There are also preclusion laws related to association with certain person's that may prevent you from obtaining a security license. Tactical Training (Australia) Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for persons who do not meet security related requirements for the purpose of security licensing. Where is the training centre located?

Just 15 minutes from the City Unit 3 / 190 Glynburn Road, Tranmere, opposite the K-mart Shopping Centre. Plenty of free parking near by the training centre, lunch facilities, complimentary coffee and tea supplied.
