Course content

Core: Establish and maintain an occupational health and safety system; Coordinate security operations; Assess security risk management options; Manage personal work priorities and professional development; Provide leadership in the workplace; Establish effective workplace relationships; Facilitate work teams; Manage quality customer service. Elective: Prepare security risk management plan; Implement security risk management plan; Establish and implement a marketing strategy; Develop and implement a business plan; Facilitate and capitalise on change and innovation; Manage people performance; Recruit, select and induct staff; plus more.
